A year into the Coronavirus outbreak, we came back to excite, innovate and feature the most influential and inspiring people in Israel, at Ynet’s and Yedioth Ahronoth’s “People of the State” conference. In days when it was impossible to confer in one venue, we chose to reach out to the people of Israel and interview them in their own habitat. We decided to create a “Conference on the Move” from a number of locations around Israel, the central of them being ICC Jerusalem, integrating pre-recorded segments and live segments from around the country.
In more than seven hours of broadcast, we presented over 70 speakers, interviews and panel discussions with key figures in Israeli politics and society. The conference featured a conversation between singer Shlomo Artzi and actress and creator Noa Koler about life and relationships, a conversation between President Yitzhak Herzog and radio personality Didi Harari about loss and hope, a conversation about culture from the stage of HaBima theater with Gila Almagor, Shlomi Koriat and Ivri Lider, a conversation with chef Assaf Granit in one of his restaurants, a conversation with YouTuber Moran Tarasov and her family, and much more.
