VIRTUAL AND ONLINE Events

For a number of years, before the Coronavirus disease outbreak, we at THINK have been developing and producing, as a part of our solutions catalogue, virtual conventions and conferences that are being broadcasted online throughout the world. The events of 2020 pushed us, and the entire field, to find new and creativeways to arouse interest and active involvement among participants of virtual conferences, which have become the central stage.

For that purpose, we have obtained and operated a smart virtual conference system, advanced studios and sound stages, advanced graphics, animation and broadcasting systems and skilled technical crew. The main part, as always, was to create interesting content, deliver it in fresh formats, pack it with esthetic and appealing design, and utilize all of these to create conferences that will be remembered as a unique experience, even for those who participate from afar.

Virtual events come in many shapes and forms: live from studio, hybrid events that include physical audience as well as parallel virtual conference, entirely virtual conferences, virtual exhibitions, conferences with a changing number of assemblies and content delivery formats and more — all in accordance with the
needs and objectives.

The services we provide for virtual and online events include full technical support, private and secured registration and viewing platforms, designated event website, content development, formats development, creative direction, casting the right hosts and speakers, creating the event’s brand and graphics, creating a virtual exhibition and supporting the exhibitors, complete production of shooting,
editing and broadcasting, and management of social media assets.

When we begin developing and producing of a virtual event, we take the same approach as if it was a physical event, with a number of objectives at our aim: first, to make all speakers, presenters and hosts feel comfortable within the virtual environment. Second, to provide the audience with an experience that is as close as possible to a physical event. And third, to develop fascinating and dynamic content that will keep the audience exuberant and involved throughout the event.
