17th Plenary Assembly of the WJC
In May 2025, we had the privilege of producing the 17th Plenary Assembly of the World Jewish Congress – a prestigious, large-scale event held at the Jerusalem International Convention Center (ICC). Over 400 delegates from nearly 100 countries gathered in Jerusalem for three impactful days of discussion, diplomacy, and global Jewish leadership.
Under the theme “Unity. Action. Impact.”, the assembly brought together Jewish community leaders, diplomats, and influencers from around the world to address the most pressing issues facing the Jewish people today – including antisemitism, Holocaust remembrance, advocacy, and the future of Jewish leadership.
The event featured A UN-style General Assembly, with simultaneous interpretation in five languages, dozens of regional council meetings, roundtable discussions, and strategic forums across multiple halls and the debut of the WJC Global Village – an interactive exhibition showcasing the organization’s international partnerships and key areas of impact.
This was our first time working with the WJC, and we delivered a full-scale production across four hotels and multiple venues. The experience was executed with precision, adhering to strict international protocols, and designed with elegance and sophistication to reflect the diplomatic nature of the event
